Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $5,000. Any order under that amount is subject to a shipping fee. We utilize Bike Flights and UPS. All orders are processed within 24 hours and will be delivered within 5-7 business days.

Returns

We accept returns and exchanges at Bike Plus. Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product. All products must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.

Refunds

Refunds are available on all un-used returned and exchanged products. Refunds will be issued once the product has been returned and accepted by our team. Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used to purchase the product.
